How it’s Done
We combine tried and tested methods with modern technology to ensure you’re getting the best and most durable repairs possible
How it works
First we start by isolating and removing the damaged area, and any underpad underneath that might also be damaged.
A new border is then cut using the rows in the carpet to match the pattern and shape exactly.
Using some leftover carpet a new piece is cut to fit the new section and align with the original pattern and direction of the existing carpet.
I don’t have any Extra Carpet…
No problem! We can take some from the back of a closet or somewhere out of sight, then replace that with something different you like. It is always recommended to use carpet from the same install to patch with. Even if you find the exact pattern and colour of your carpet at a store, if it is not from the same roll you got your original carpet from the dyes will not match and the repair will always be visible.
Your new patch will be sealed and seamed the same way it would be on a brand new carpet install. As it responds to light and the traffic of the area it will gradually fade from sight and memory.
